Default 1FAB Series One Turbo Manifold..Has anybody used one yet???

I'm thinking about upgrading my turbo setup for my 4th gen. Lude. I'm considering useing this mani, but haven't heard much about it..

http://www.one-fab.com/turbomanifolds.html

They say this mani can fit in a Prelude and stuff a 3" downpipe past a stock crossmember. It doesn't say if it's for a 5th or 4th gen though. I plan on contacting them about a buying one soon, but I wanted to see if anybody has tried one yet. And if it fit and if the oil return has given them any problems.

It looks like a piece of quality work... Kinda worries me about how low the oil return will hang and you have to use half size radiator... Makes it easy for you to get a 3" downpipe though... Do you know what they cost?

My guess is you would have to use a half size radiator as well. How would the i/c pipes run? Post up some more information when you get it.

I was planing on using a half radiator, like this.

It's designed to bolt right up..

It looks like he is using a backdoor intercooler much like the Full Race design!!!! Nice...

ItzTw, does your friend have any issues with the oil return? The turbo its so low does it cause any problems? Do you have any more pics of the setup? Espicaily the intercooler piping and the downpipe?

If the oil return is an issue I'll stay with my kiwi mani, and just redo the downpipe setup for a 3inch setup. But this mani looks so nice..
Thanks for the reply!!

the oil return was a bitch but only because I used stainless lines and an fittings. Would be cake with silicon . I spent probably a week just on figuring out how to make my oil return line work but I ended up with this.

I don't know if it will cause any problems because I have'nt run it yet but we'll see..
Also you can just get a civic dual core radiator and move the mounting points on the car or get some new studs braised on (<what I did). took a lil bit of time but works well. Do you have any pictures of your kiwi manifold?

Thanks for the pics!!! Your setup looks very nice... When do you plan on getting this car going.

How much clearance do you have between the cossmember and downpipe? And the oil pan? I run a moroso pan witch sits a little lower..

I have some pics of when I first put it in 2 years ago, when I get my camera back from my girlfriend, I'll post up some current pics..

looks very good man, I would trade but I'm so deep in this project as it is. that kiwi manifold looks ******* fantastic. this is my fuel manegement

aem ems 30-1020
golden eagle fuel rail
rc 750cc injectors
sx fuel pressure regulator
walbro 255 lph fuel pump
b&m fuel pressure and braided fuel lines

I still need to buy a wideband so if you can hook it up, hit me up

Well I was going to offer you a custom basemap I've been working on, but you would need a chipped P72 ecu, and CromePro!! I was thinking you were going to run Hondata. I'm currently running a chipped P72 ecu, with a custom bin I wrote for crome, 72lb ~ 752cc injectors, and I'm switching over to a 3bar map sensor soon.. I Hope to get 350 on pump gas and 400+ on race gas, but the 2.5 exhauast system is holding me back now.. If I don't change my turbo setup I'll get a 2.5 to 3inch downpipe and PredicionH23a's traction bar he's workining on, to free up some rom..Then I'll push this setup for more hp..
