hey whats up everyone. my clutch has been making this funny noise when i press the clutch and depress the clutch. it makes a squeak sound. at first i didn't think anything of it and i thought it would go away but it has not and it is getting annoying. please let me know what it could be

lube up the pedal. where the pedal attaches under the wheel/dash, see if that helps. could also be of the colder weather.

lol i live in miami. it never gets cold here. what kind of lube should i use. wd-40??? greese???

 

grease or anything along those lines. you only need a little amount, dont go ape **** on it.

i've done searches on this, and they said it was a "throwout bearing" something like that, i don't remember. and i just took that advice, but i just ignore the noise, i guess. but now i have that question....^ up there

 

There's actually an SB on this. Lemme go see if I still have the box my clutch came in. From what I remember, the assist spring behind the clutch pedal wasn't manufactured correctly and should be replaced by the dealer.
