Default Is 80lbs. of pressure for the oil receiving line on a turbo normal?

I have a t3/t4 Turbonetics turbo in my Prelude. Before I even got to drive the car with the turbo, the turbo went bad. The seal inside the compressor was leaking oil into my turbine. Smoke was everywhere in my engine compartment. It got sent back to Turbonetics and they gave me a new one. Before I install this new one, I put a pressure check on my oil line that I taged for my receiving line. It's at 80lbs. Is this normal or is too much pressure for my turbo seal to hold?
