Default plug gap w/ msd ignition

I was curious what plug gap I should go with from the stock .044 that is standard on most honda's.

Motor: JDM DOHC ZC
Ignition: MSD SCI PN 6300
http://www.msdignition.com/sci_6.htm
Coil: Blaster SS Coil PN 8207
http://www.msdignition.com/coil_blaster_6_8207.htm

Since my old motor took a **** yesterday I gotta get going on my zc swap.

Also if anybody has any plug recommendations, I would love to hear some arguements pro/con to the particular plug you run, etc.
