Timing belt is just that---timing belt. Your balancer belt is a secondary belt that rotates 2 shafts in the block to reduce vibrations. If you remove this belt, you will get a couple more hp, but have slightly greater vibration.

Anyhow, this is the timing belt---->14400-P13-014 BELT, TIMING (155YU24 A-555) $48.60

A few months back i did my timing belt maintanence.. id suggest going to http://www.prostreetonline.com and ordering the kit to change it, expecially a 93, youll want a new waterpump while your down there, and the tensioner, and balancing belt and timing belt if your going to do the job right, your car wont have down time in that area for years to come.

I think the kit for a 5th gen was near 300 something, and a valve cover gasket kit, not neccasary but for 20 bux while its off what the heck... anyways prospeed.

Inspect the balancer belt, if the teeth look worn or it has
any oil on it ot anything I would replace that as well
