STUCK!
I need a little advice about why my car isnt turning over all of a sudden. I drove it maybe 5 hours before it wouldnt start and it ran perfectly. When i turn the key nothing happens, the starter isnt even clicking. I just changed the starter 2 months ago because the other one crapped out on me, so i guess i'm just hoping its not that again cuz they arent cheap by any means! When i turned on my VAFC it read 8 volts at the beggining. Then when i tried jumping it, it went to 10.3 volts and still nothing. I dont know if that would be enough to turn it over or not because it usually operates at 14.1 or so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
did u take your car to a shop to get the starter put in, or did you do it yourself? if you took it to a shop, call them and let them know. check fuses and stuff like that. might not be your starter...
i had a starter probelm once. i thought the starter went bad.. tried hitting it to make the silenoid move. I was just about to buy a new one when i saw a wire had disconnected from the starter. SImple solution, pluged it back in.

starter relay? main relay? try putting 12 volts straight to the starter, run a wire from the battery to the starter if it starts cranking then you know either you have a bad wire, fuse or maybe ignition.
Check your ground wires. I had a problem just like this and it turned out that I didn't tighten the ground wire by the starter. It took me 2 hours to figure out. This is one of the first things I would check because it is easy.
