I have a 99 Civic and it takes a long time to start it? I had 2 injectors bad so i changed all four, i changed cap and rotor, wires and spark plugs. The spark plugs are black. I think it might be running to rich but i dont know what to do. I need some help? Thanks

just a thought, did your iavc plug come loose? or the fitv has 2 hoses going into it, one from each side, did they get disconnected? sounds like your butterfly isnt opening enough to get air into the motor, and not even through the bypass. maybe the tps sensor got disconneted. ... my thoughts so far
