Best Solution For Damaged Core Support?

Should I try to replace the whole thing or somehow just pull it forward enough to be able to close the hood? The middle part where the hood latch is located was hit and pushed back into the radiator. Any ideas?

its not really a big deal to replace it, just needed to be welded in, or if your looking for a cheap solution pull it out
