Default HELP, Keys stuck.

OK my sister, for some reason, moves my car into the driveway, and got the keys stuck in the ignition. I have a 98 civic. It turns back to turn off the engine, but won't come out. You usually have to push it in and turn back, but when you push in it won't turn back anymore. It's at the point where my cigarett lighter and CD player sitll works, but my windows won't roll down. It's also about 15 degrees outside snowing like a bitch, if you think the temp might have something to do with it.

yes, I agree. If you were to take it to a shop, thats the first approach they would take, its also in ye olde Helmse, and Honda's recommeded method of removal, verbatim
