Default Trouble starting up in cold.

I'm in the northeast and it's solid cold here now. My car began not turning over on the first, second, sometimes a few tries but so far it does always start.

Is this maybe fuel pump/injectors , spark plugs, starter..etc.

Any ideas?

When you say it is solid cold outside, what temp do you mean?

Are you saying that the starter does not spin as fast as when it is hot outside?
If so, it may be that your battery is on its last leg... Maybe time for a new one.
How old is the battery?
