I have a '94 turbo'd GSR (DRAG T3/T4 turbo at 7 psi, open wastegate, no cat). I have the insurance taken off of it for the winter because I don't drive it between December and April. Anyway, got the notice today that they are starting up emissions testing in Connecticut again and I need to have it done by Feb 18th. I know I will have to put a cat on (which, I got a used one from a '97 GSR off ebay). What else can I do to try and pass. Never had a turbo'd car before, or even gone through emissions period. Any suggestions as to what I might do? Don't know much about A/F tuning, but I have an A'pexi S-AFC.

there are topics about this on this site already im sure of. just search for it. plus, every car is different and it may take more or less for you to pass than it does for someone else......
or pay someone to "pass" you is another choice to throw out there
