Default Flywheel Ring gear.

I bought a flywheel ( clutchmasters light weight) and it doesnt have a ring gear i was wondering if anyone knew where to get one?

the flywheel is a b series ultra II 8.5 clutchmasters

Uhh...wat ring gear? You mean the pilot bearing?

yeah he probably means the pilot bearing. usually when you buy an after market flywheel, it doesn't come with it. you can probably get it at autozone. or if you're cheap, just reuse your old one.

??

kikwear002 are you trying to say that you are missing the teeth that meshes with the starter? if so, then your screwed

ok if theres no teeth on flywheel return that and pilot bearing anit **** just reuse old or buy new dont really matter just make sure it spins freely

screwed.. it seems to be happening alot this last month. throw some rods through the block here.. get a new 8.5 paper weight. Hope my house burns down while im sleeping

Hmm now theres an idea....oh well i have a fidanza lightweight fly too but its used for like 10 k it looks and i just wanted to stick a new one in while my engine is out. Makes me mad that someone would sell a fellow HT member something that is worthless for 80 dollars. The 80 dollars of which i could've bought my head studs to put my motor together. now i must wait until next payday to buy the head studs because i just spent 1500 dollars rebuilding my motor.
