how could it not do well on against even a hooked up v-tech vehicle,i have many freinds that have v-tech cars the fastest is probably a completely hooked up gsr and he has jsut about every bolt on and the fastest he ran was like a 14.2 so how oculd taking an ls which would run like a high 15 already and 75 horsepower(75 shot) only do ok against stock v-tech vehicles?

whoring a vtec with only boltons won't be a problem for ls on spray. but the one problem that will exist, the vtec can run all day but nitrous will burn your engine quick if you run it too much. nitorus can be reliable if your stock fuel system doesn't have any problems but i wouldn't use it too much. you should consider a motor build up or a turbo system that you can use all the time without fear of detonation. just my .02. good luck either way. keep us posted.

Yea just go turbo, you'll be happier in the end.

Going turbo is more fun, but whats even FUNNER is boost and a little spray. Anywho i have an ls with a 75 shot b16 tranny and lightweight flywheel, intake header exhaust blah blah blah... youll smoke VTECHs but your buddy in his HOOKED UP GSR with VTECH who runs low 14s might be a challenge. I dunno buy slicks and get a 75 shot and flywheel clutch combo with b16 tranny and launch on spray 13s all day until 1. your car blows up or 2. you run out a juice. Get a bottle heater an run a wet shot

v-tech... you mean VTEC

And a 75 shot should easily put you into the high to mid 13's. But i went down that route before... then i realized how much money i was wasting on those damn refills. and i got rid of the kit and saved for a nice turbo set up.. no more refills, and the power is always there, well worth it.
