Default ignition missing?

ok heres what i got. i installed a hyfire6 and accel super coil. just like the msd stuff so i know its fine. well the reason i changed from stock is obviously to have better spark up top. before i changed my car would missfire at 8.5 or so psi only after i changed turbo and exhaust to 3"straight no muff, but also forgot to reinstall the 2nd o2 sensor.
now that i put in the new ignition it misses about 7 psi and at around 6500 in 2nd and others not first it goes to fast not enough boost i think. if i rev it in neutral it doesnt miss on hits revlimit.
is it because i dont have 2nd o2 in or is it my motor having issues { not thinking this one} but possible}. i have stock plugs i changed them to cooler and still did it.

You sure it's spark and not lack of fuel?

yeah i uped it to 40% more and it still did it. all it did then was puff out a hella lot of black smoke. i have my water injection also it does it with or without it.
and before with my other turbo i was running 10 psi and no probs then i changed turbo and ran 5 psi no prob then turned up to 8 and then started noticing it.

That sounds kinda weird. I would also check your timing b/c its fast and easy to check so why not.

Hrmmm...Just wondering,

But how do you have the coil mounted? Any pics?

My B18C1 CRX SC61 setup is doing the same thing. I even swapped distributors with no luck. I'm running just a stock distro with an MSD blaster coil
