WTF does it matter...I still don't know what you are trying to accomplish...a lot of h23 parts will say p13 cause they are the same as H22...like the oil pan...

P13 is a code for most of the H22a parts...it's just a code it doesn't really mean anything
and those other codes don't mean anything important either...it's just internal Honda ****..I'm still at a loss as to why you care.
The engine is an H23A2 as you said...there isn't much else to know off block numbers
