easy or hard to lower 01 s2k
so much easier than civic's, integra's, and delsol that ive done. the weridest one ive done was a mistu galant. i think the toughest one will probably be tighting the rear driver side strut.

for the rear drivers side.. just undo the lines/tubes/whatever you want to call them that leads to the fuel tank.... just make sure you cover the thing with something so nothing falls in.. and then move it over to the side. and you'll have free access to the strut..
lower my s2000 last weekend very easy
for the fronts use 12 mm to take off brake lines
then use 17 mm for the bolt on bottom of the struts.
take off 2 17mms bolts that bolts to the frame. i found this way easier, other than taking the ball joints apart. 2 14mm on top.
for the back jack both wheel off the ground. take off the 17mm on the strut then the two 14mm on top. should come rite off.

you want to get an alignment regardless of how much you lower it... every time you adjust the height of the car you want to get an alignment..

indeed. or else, there's not much you can adjust. when you do corner balancing, you are setting the ride height and tweaking that height in very very small incriments to level out the car - getting as close to 50/50 that you can get in a diagnoal weight measurement.
also, when stated above, removing the bolts from the frame - those are the upper control arms in the front. very very easy to do. post with questions if you run into any problems.
