Ok look at the following picture:

I know I need to order #3 but I want to know if the #2 includes the cap and the gasket or would I have to order #2 and #8... and anything else.

yeah it does, either way you can use your old gasket. I got a gasket when I went to honda and I got a new cap

yeah I went to the dealer and I just asked for a cap. Got the gasket too. Plus 2 has cap and gasket outlined anyways (like it's one thing).
And like I said you can always use your old one.

I rarely ever change the gaskets unless they look dried out and cracked ,if you buy a factory cap they usually come with it, at least that is what I have experienced least. I would recommend stating away from Autoparts stores cap and rotors they are garbage , either MSD or factory, definelty factory rotor.
