Default Failed inspection :(

ok to pass my inspection I need a cat on my car. at the moment I just have a 3inch straight pipe.

If I throw on a highflow cat will this effect my performance at all?

a hi flow cat is different from a normal cat

it has been designed for HI FLOW, just like the same states

just get a CATCO cat and call it a day... if it does affect something, it will be like 1 hp, and u wont even tell isnt there... u can loose more power from a 100 deg day

To drive it and have the power you want, looks like you will.

In PA they just do a visual inspection if your car is not obd2. Depending where you go sometimes they won't even look.

Seriously man, Its a 1/2 hour job to switch out cats

Im sure a buddy will be more than willing to give you his for the afternoon while you get inspected or just to to the junkyard and grab one for $10

Your lucky thats all you need to pass inspection

I believe he was stating that changing a cat out is just a 10 minute job. Actually doing it the first time might take awhile but do it right and it will be a piece of cake to switch them. Or you could just knock the guts out of a cat and call it a day.
