I know nothing about this tranny, and can't find anything about it, so....

Does it use a halfshaft? I've heard something about LSD/non-LSD, did some come with LSD?? Also, what is the gearing like?

Basically my buddy is looking for a better tranny that his DX, and I came upon this D15B tranny for a good price, just want to know if I should keep going for a EX/Si... TIA!

 

I'm not 100% sure, but I think ex/si trannies have the same gearing as the jdm d15b except the jdm d15b came with an optional factory lsd.

 

Also, if it does use a halfshaft, will any other axles fit because I don't think this guy has a halfshaft. I know with the ZC's you can use the 1g Integra axles, but... Thanks.

 

yes the trans it the same as the ex/si..except for the LSD, you could buy my si trans. rebuilt check the sig
