For those who broke camshafts
Yeah. I'm going to the Dyno tomorrow or Wednesday. Since its raining here I couldn't gauge any differences from stock because I had no traction what so ever whenever I punched it. We'll see soon.

My Crower 63403's broke at 1700 miles. Bent the valves, which smacked the pistons, which fubar'd the head, which then split the cylinder sleeve. Yeah, not fixable. Crower "compensated" me with a set of their rods. God, I'd like to **** them in the *** sidways with their camshafts. No, they were NOT torque'd incorrectly, not with an impact gun. They were torqued on with a torque wrench...
Speaking of which...
The cap bolts on the VTEC heads is 20 FT-LBS for the 12mm bolts and 108 in-lbs for the 10mm ones right?

wrong bolts. the ones you are describing arent BOLTS. they are NUTS.
these bolts are on the end of the spray bars and on the cam holders on the
other side

yea, i agree..
20 ft/lbs on the rails.. and on the 10mm bolts on the end, just tighten til it feels right. bout the same as a valve cover nut..
the cam rail 12mm bolts and the cam gear 14mm bolts are what you all gotta pay attention to.
