cam gears

Default cam gears

ok, i tried unloosening the cam gear bolts and tried the turn that cam gear but it wont turn. what am i doing wrong? do i have to take out the belt?
i need to know this because im gonna take it to a dyno soon and i need to learn how to do it.

Its probably best to leave it at zero. Let the people at the dyno shop do there job and set everything for you . If you do it yourself make sure you torque the bolts down to spec other wise they (the cam gears) could slip. It wouldnt be a bad idea to put some lock tight on if you dont know what to torque the bolts to , But then you'll need new bolts to change the settings.
