Default peak and hold injectors..... Precision 780cc vs dsm 450cc?

turbo application (obviously) for my '00 itr (obd2b).

I have both of the above and the map for my hondata is for 550cc injectors.

Which should I use?

I've read about the resistor box vs installing resistors inline, and want my install to be flawless (I'm OCD inclined.....)

Now from what I understand, the inline resistors people buy from radio shack don't put out exactly what the honda resistor box does. It's close enough, but that's not good enough for me.

So..... what resistance do the precision injectors need as opposed to what the dsm 450cc injectors need? And how do these compare to the stock obd1 injectors signal?

Do you have a HP goal in mind?

If its anything under 350whp go with the 450's

Get the cleaned and youve got a mint set of injectors for $100 (including cleaning)

Sell the presicions or a grip more and upgrade something to your setup

But if your aiming for a high hp car I guess the 780's are what you want, I have no experiece with the inline resistors though, havent heard to much good about them...

I can go with either set of injectors - that isn't the problem.

I need to know what resistance each set of injectors needs as opposed to what the normal obd2 setup puts out.

This will help me to determine whether to use the 10w/10ohm inline setup OR the honda resistor box... close enough isn't good enough for me. I must set it up PERFECT.

if you have 1000cc's and over you need to install a resistor box, i'd stay with the 780's and ditch the dsm injectors

the honda ecu wants to see 1appr 12 ohms of resistance through the injector circuits.
with peak and hold it sees 2 ohms at the injector and 10 at the resistor usually.
take an ohm meter and see what the resistance is at the injector and then you can determine what resistance you need to add.
