Input on Jackson Supercharger On LS
i want to put a jackson supercharger on my ls intgra with stock pulley and ima buy the cold plugs and thermostat and stuff i just want any input that anyone has gathered from it..
I would highly recomend rethinking your plans. I dont think there has ever been a satisfied Supercharged Ls owner in the history of hondas
Do a search on it, and maybe you can find some Dyno's that speak for themselves.

maybe if you could modify a GSR kit (it comes with a bigger S/C) it would make decent power, but from what i've seen the JRSC performs poorly on the LS. I see you're in CA, so you may want to look at the Greddy turbo kit if you want nice power and want to keep it smog legal.
when i got my teg i decided to go turbo with greddy's bolt on. quickb18b is right, there is not one satisfied honda owner that i know of who has been happy with their performance with their supercharger out of the box. Boost it.

Turbo ls is by far a better set up. If you search you'll see that just about everyone that has the jrsc on their ls hates it and they wish that they had gone turbo. I have heard that the jrsc is a beast on other applications, just not on the ls.

I dont think I have seen a satisfied customer either. JR is having a blow out sell on them for $2000</TD></TR></TABLE>Thats because they are not making a supercharger for an ls anymore.

I had a JR blower on my CRX... it was fun and sounded sick, but the time came for bigger and better things.
I sold the blower, bought 2 LS engines, and one of them has been built to be turbocharged. I know that I will have way more fun with a turbo, because that late-night, infomercial-psychic bitch "Cleo" told me so.
j/k
Seriously, after driving around with the JR blower for a long time, I say go turbo instead. You will probably feel kind of limited with the blower; at least I know that I did.
