Default Serious sunroof PROBLEM!!!

Ok, my sunroof has a problem. When i try to close it, it goes all the way back, but when it tries to go down it only closes on one side and the other side is just frozen. I did a search and this is the only thing i cuold find https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1090397

Doesnt look like they did much to solve it though.

I need this fixed ASAP. Yes its 12 degree in buffalo ny rite now and it just started acting up. last summer when it was warm i never had this problem. But i need it fixed what should i do. Is there anything i could replace?? is it electrical??

Sounds like maybe the lift link is screwed or the freaking plastic connector from your drive assembly is broken. Here is a write up on them, of course being in Buffalo you're going to need the use of that garage to tear the bitch apart. Sunroof Write up Look through that and maybe it'll give you a better idea of how it functions. Did you try to close it manually from inside the car?

sounds like one of the tabs might be broken on the pannel, all the pressure is only making it to one tab and it's closing crooked. get a friend to push on the pannel to help it close while you press the button.

other than that you might have something on the track that is blocking the pannel from closing.
