gas pedal sticking???
The gas pedal on the car I maybe buying was sticking a little bit when i test drove it, the owner said it did that.
I was wondering what could be the causes of this happening???? I just figure it the cable maybe need to be greased up, adjusted, or replaced..

when i switched throttle bodys my throttle was sticking closed. it wasnt the able or the pedal it was the actual plate... go search for "throttle sticking" and itll give hundreds of threads with every sticky throttle problem and every solution imaginable. hope this helps. later
try in the archived section.. maybe it was sticky throttle? lol keep searhing for combinations of the words in the archives and youll get it haha.
for the sake of helping people out ill share my experiene-
my throttle was sticking losed, in my experiene what i found was that the plate was losing too muh, so i began to searh for what exactly stops the plate. well- on the throttle body theres a little bolt/alan skrew combination bolt thing (for lack of a better term). the throtle pulley has a little flat part that rests on this and this stops the throttle at closed throttle... i unbolted it and moved the threads so as to push the pulley open more. i bolted it back up and tried. WAAAYYY too open. so i unbolted it and repeated.... kept tweaking it untill it idled at about 1000 and used the idle adjustment screw to fine tune it to a gorgeous 750 idle... there ya go. keep in mind on my throttle body (from a b18B) the little throttle stopper bolt thing was underneath so i had to unbolt the throttle body every time to make the adjustment. sucked assssss hope this helpss
