I've got a 94 gsr motor with a broken knock sensor. The plastic part to plug it in is broke off. Can I cut the plastic clip off the wire that plugs into the knock sensor and wire it up without the connectors? If not, anyone got a knock sensor. Have cash ready to go....

I don't know if this matters or not between round plug or square, but my car is a 98 civic so the wiring harness might have the 98 plug on it.. Not sure don't have it in front of me to check.. So the plug could be from a 98 civic harness I'm not sure though. A lot of help this was.

Just so if someone has one for sale I thought this might matter.

 

if you can find a used knock sensor, good luck..so hard/impossible to find.. and as for which one you have.. check your plug.. and if you lift your car up and take out the old KS, and see if its still has the prongs.. if they are still there, you might be able to salvage it... not sure..check it out..
