Default labor cost to build motor+crower 404's?

hopefully here pretty soon i will have enough money to build my b18b and was wondering about how much estimated labor cost it would be to install the crower 404's with valvesprings/retainers, b16 pistons, eagle rods and get it all tuned with a new ECU. Im guessing alot since they will have to remove the engine to install the pistons and rods and also take apart the head. any guesstimates on how much i could expect to pay out for installation and tuning? i may throw on a gsr tranny at the same time if i can find one..thanks in advance

i'm selling a 95 gsr tranny for $500+shipping. let me know if you want it
i'm building up my b18b1 right now. it cost me $300 labor, but thats with me taking just the block to the shop to do it. and not including balancing the crank.
