Default I messed up somethin bad tonight!! HELP

I have a 99 si. I was driving around racing afew people and whatnot. well when i was all finished and i started to head home i heard a jingling noise coming from the motor. I noticed it is always constant no matter what rpm or speed i was doing.

When i got home and turned the radio and everything of it was very noticible so when i poped the hood i heard the jingling noise coming from my ac pump belt, i went in for closer inspection when i noticed the belt wasnt even on the pully im not 100% sure what pully it is but its not even on it. And a noticed a bolt just hanging there loosely and what seems to be a smaller pully which is broken off.

Im not sure what to do but i need help on how i can fix it in the morning.

I got even more confused after reading it...

Maybe you have a broken pulley and the belt is just flapping around now.

the idler pulley for the ac has apparently come loose. It's main purpose is to keep tension on the ac belt. You can just cut the belt off and set the pulley aside until you're ready to get it fixed.

yea it runs fine i havent turned on my ac, ill prolly just take the belt off and the pully or w/e and worry about it in the spring.

Will i gain any power from removing the pully and belt

You will gain HP but probably not enough to really notice. Maybe another mpg too.
