Default how do these ***** come off?

I'm trying to swap out the climate control bulbs in my 92 DX hatch and I can't get the two control ***** of so i can remove the face plate. They seem a little tough to be your usual "just pull harder" solution and i'm not in the mood to break anything just yet. Anyone know if i'm missing something or do I in fact need to just pull harder.

If you are trying to get the climate control unit off you do not need to take off those *****.

If that is what you are trying to do let me know so I can give you directions.

It is the just pull harder idea. I suggest putting the ***** so the little bar going in to the climate control is straight. Wrap some electrical tape around the **** and use some pliers...

The buttons come off with the faceplate, pull the faceplate tabs off, and then lift up on the buttons from the back so they come off with the faceplate of the climate control.

I was going off of the top of my head. I didn't pull my climate control and look at it. I should have included the dumb *** disclaimer. (This is off the top of my head. Observe how the parts go together and use common sense) But I mean c'mon, to blame your own shortcomings on someone who was only trying to help, that is some lame ****. Ok d00d since you are so quick to blame others I'm gonna avoid this right now. Before you drive your car after removing a wheel, re-install the lug nuts and tighten to specified torque. That way your wheels wont fall off. Or wait maybe something like that is common sense. Plastic is breakable, so be gentle. Playing with plastic is like playing with putang, BE GENTLE. I tell you what, since it is my fault you broke your ****, I'll send you a new climate control ****. Yeah right!! Well I guess in the holiday spirit I could, simply PM me on how you would like to pay the $39.99 shipping and handling fee along with the $5 hazardous material fee. I'm sure we can work something out.

I didn't have to pull the whole CC unit to change the bulbs. i just pulled the face plate off, and changed them that way - it was a tight fit, but I got it.

Looks real nice btw. Since I have two gauge clusters I might have to experiment.

Don't be a jackass. You told him something 100% incorrect and, as a result, he broke part of his car. If you don't know something don't pretend that you do because, unfortunately, some people on this site are willing to put trust in dumbfucks like yourself who don't actually know how to do anything other than install a K&N filter and **********.

Well since I'm not trying to be a dick I'll keep this short. It's a tech forum bro, I came here cause I needed help, if you didn't know the answer you should learn to shut what they call the **** up. Free tip: next time your having trouble jerking off, just pull harder.
