i have a bensons sleeved b16 with manleys turbo tuff rods, 84mm bore, cp pistons, stock valvetrain, s100, and all the bolt on goodies...what kinda boost numbers should i be expecting to run with 9:1's. i'm expecting around 20-25, sound correct, more or less? whats safe for street at most?gt32e turbo

 

PSI won't kill you it's the HP you run and tune

 

i'm hopin for at least 400hp...earl assembled my motor, he said it should take it...their great rods, bensons crank etc. i'm just curious, this is my first serious build up...

 

if earl said it will handle it, IT WILL.

just make sure you get it tuned. you can pop any motor with bad tuning.
