Suspension issues..
I have a stock 99 Civic ex coupe with 70k mi. My car seems to bounce a lot more than it used to on bumps and I get squeaking @ highway speeds. I also have a problem with the car drifting to the right and that problem gets magnified whenever someone is in the passenger seat. Is it worth getting the struts replaced @ the dealership? Is it normal for the suspension to go out @ 70k?
any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

It depend on the road condtions and the way you drive on how long your shocks/struts will last. At this point I would just replace them with performance ones like kyb, tokico, or koni's.
An old-school way of checking your shocks is to push down on a corner. When you let go, the car should go right back to stock height with little bounce. If the car bounces, your shocks are bad. I know that's not the most scientific way to tell, but it will at least give you an idea.
Your car drifting to the right could be from the shocks, but usually it's the alignment.
I wouldn't go to a dealer to get either one of these fixed. If this is just a daily driver, and you don't plan on modifying the suspension at all, then you could go to a place like Sears to get the work done.
