My speedometer was not working properly and sometime it would stay at 0 mph. When it stayed at 0 mph my v-tec was not working either. I replaced the speed sensor and now the speedometer stays at 0 mph all the time. Could it be the plug that goes into the speed sensor? I am stumpped, and that speed sensor was expensive too .....

 

Does the speedo cel come on? Sound like your cluster. I had the same problem in my ef9. I replaced the speedo cable nothing. then i replaced the cluster, problem solved, Now i put a electrical speedo , for the ef9 cluster,, sooon to be out again, for no the sol is doing its job.
