my sister has a 94' Integra Ls 1.8 non-vtec w/ 145,000. Ever since we have had this car the idle lopes (gos from 800 rpm to 1500 rpm every 2 seconds). WE have removed the Idle Air Control Valve and switched it with another we thought to be good, same thing. We have one 90 Integra that you can turn the setting on the end of the valve, but the manuals don't recommend this. There are no codes being set. Does anyone know what we should do next? Get another IACV? Look at something else?

my intake manifold acutally cracked, which caused my surging idle

 

all the vacuum seems to be fine.
