What winter tires do you recommend ('95 accord LX)?

What winter tires do you recommend ('95 accord LX)?
I've came across 4 used but in very good condition BF Goodrich WINTER SLALOM
UNSTUDDED SNOW TIRES P185/70R14 87Q Used 1 season only. I'd like to hear some opinions .. Any other suggestions are welcome.
Also, do i need to balance after i install winter tires? (I just ballanced the car a week ago, i had a little accident)
