new question if i have a place put a bend in two pipes would i be able to put a smaller pipe inside of the larger one then weld around so the center where the weld would be it would be stronger with a pipe in the center of it this is so i can have somthing bent and be able to change the leingth because if they bend it without the car there they probally wont be able to get dead on

That angle is too much.

Are you saying you want to bend it so its a "U" and the ends of the U attach to the seatbelt mounts and the middle is closer to the holes?

Also what are you using this bar for, please don't use it on the track.

the angle would probally be like 45 at the most and the bar is definatly strong enough

EDIT: Actually, they're working now, so I removed them to save bandwidth or whatever.
