Running amp wires
i ran mine from the passenger side through one of the holes (power wire), right behind the glove box. Then I ran it under the right side all th way to the back trunk space... My head unit has a sub out so i ran that under the left side...

the cleanest way to do it?
use the factory ground found by the liftgate latch, behind the plastic, its a single 10 mm bolt.
that way you drill no holes.
also some people have the battery relocated to the back, which would obviously make that a no brainer decision.

a ground wire is suppose to be less than 3ft in total and the shorter the better...i have my ground under the carpet by the ebrake and i have my amp in the storage container...

Before I removed my system, I just ran all of the wires for the amp and the crossover underneath the carpet on the passenger side(I pulled up the carpet all the way to the back)
. And the RCA's that were coming out of the CD player, I ran those under the center console by pulling the carpet up in the center of the car as well.

If you have the leather back seat (no compartment) you can use this location:

I have no idea how it looks like back there if you have the security compartment.
You should also ground the head unit to minimize interference and unwanted noise:

This is what i did. I ran them soo good i dont wanna pull them out to put the wires in my winter car, and i'm too broke to dish out another ~$80 for wire.
