Did you actually hook the gauge up? If not, mine was about the same. When I got the gauge in the box, the needle was at about 2psi. When I hooked it up, it read vac/boost just fine. When I shut the car off, the needle went right to zero. Try hooking it up first if you haven't.

 

Yep I tried that. I was hoping it would but no luck...

hahaha my parents got used to it... yesterday morning i left for work @ 8am... came home @ 2 AM the next morning with the turbo setup on my car. my mom and dad were just like "cool... it's quieter now" (the car was open header before, now it's open dp).

 

did the same in high school... parents bought me 2000 si....

under their noses i yanked the motor and put in forged internaled ls/vtec... should have seen there faces when i told them a year later that not one part of the Engine, suspension, wheels, or anything were stock any longer... they had all benn changed.. good times.....

 

I can't get anything past my dad. He bought me a car in 99', it was a 95 Integra LS. I had no money so the first mod I did was clear corners. I came home w/ them and my Dad noticed them on the car within 5 hours of having them lol. He notices EVERYTHING. He think's modifying cars is a money pit and he's right, but oh well!

 

Lol. I been telling my mom for the last 6 months my car is turbo but she never believed me. HAHA. But when i picked her up from work and i went into boost and shed heard my turbo xs rfl at only 6lbs on the highway she was like "OMG!! did ur tire just blow!!" hehe. memories......

 

**** my dad complains why dont you just buy a new car and threatins to sell my car for $2.. and i told him that if he did that he truck would disapear the next morning... parents.. they dont understand sometimes...

LMAO!!!!!!!! that reminds me of when i used to be on spray... i took my dad for a ride... he was like !!! the next day, he was telling my aunts n uncles bout this switch i had in my car that i flipped and it made my car haul *** lol

...the coolest car related thing I got for xmas was an engine stand ........I guess i'm the uncoolest kid on the block.
