idle hunting

I have a 1995 accord that when it is in the park position, the rpms rev up and then fall off, it continues this until I am in drive, reverse, etc. any thoughts

it could be the iacv, one of ur vaccum came aloose, and I think a bad tps sensor will make it idle like that also.

u may have a bad i.a.c valve...u could have air in ur system but that only happens if u replace coolant and didnt bleed it...
