ok i was racin a new mustang down the road, when i accidentally shifted from 3rd to 2nd gear, my engine screamed and started to make strange noises! i drove a mile back to my house, leaving a trail of oil.. its leaking oil everywhere and it sounds like its going to boow up when it runs what do i do!

engine is a jdm 1.6l Vtec

You should probably take the car to someone to look at, the engine appears to be broken.
