BC spec 3+ .011/.013 lash? or .007/.008 lash?

BC spec 3+ .011/.013 lash? or .007/.008 lash?
i've read a couple of threads where they lashed the cams to .011 and .013 and had great power with the BC cams..... i lashed them to 7/8 already and i dont wanna loosen it up if i dont have to and i dont wanna have the car sit a whole day agian to lash them loose if its to tight.... need some input

ya but i like it when its stone cold 
..... well i put it together ran great but now the belt wont hold ANY tension.... time for a new tensioner
