The answer is: it's been done. It does something like bump up your oil pressure. A few people here have tried it. I suggest searching for it.

Yeah that is where I got the idea. I just I am little afriad to try that filter since its not the "right" filter. But I see that people used this filter on this site and if it works for my Accord it should work for my CRV.
