crower stroker kits?!?

what can you say about them? particularly on the 89mm crank + crower rods + je pistons 81mm (www.crower.com) to be used in a b16a motor.

is this setup better than using stock b16 crank with 85mm pistons?

I have another question to throw out for this thread...I've been told that if you stroke out a b16, the motor won't rev up as quick or as high. Can anyone elaborate on this??
