Default Car won't start aftert thermostate install/ alternator belt tighten

I have a 98 civic ex. The engine is a JDM B18C.

I've never had a problem with the car starting but i took the car into the shop to thave the theromostate changed. They replaced it and tightened up my alternator belt because i've been having trouble with belt squeals. After the work it started and i drove home. The next moring it wouldn't start.

when i put in the key it will start to crank but it won't start. Also i have power because the lights and radio work. I can also here the fuel pump run and the starter trying to turn it over.

I'm going to try and relieve fuel pressure and see if that helps tomarrow.

I'm not sure what could be the problem

Well if they took the thermostat housing off, theres a good chance they didnt put the ground back on the housing, check the first...then proceed to other grounds, and the obvious "no start" symptoms...
