hi i need help installingmy rs type vtec controller the diagram instructions are not understandable to my knowledge my cousins and i tryed to figure it out when we hooked it up its working the vtec kicks in but but my engine light kicks in after the vtec kicks in any sugestions will be greatly be appreciated if any one has installed a rs type vtec controller pls respond to my post thank you

 

so what do the instructions say?

 

the instructions say to run one wire to the feed back signal wire from the ecu and one wire to the control signal wire from the ecu when we did that the car wouldnt evan start so what we did was tap it directly to the vtec and that causes the engine light

 

oh, i see, one of those pointless cheap vtec controllers..
please just put it back to stock.
those things are pointless.
