Getting curb marks off rims
Alright, I'm getting a set of 4 Konig Toxxins and tires for only $450, but they have hit a curb...is it possible and how would I go about getting these pretty deep scratches at least semi-unnoticeable??
P.S. sorry about another rim question guys!

it's fixable, but don't expect it to be cheap though... probably around $40-50 a rim, possibly more.
btw, who had those rims before you????? jeez, some people just don't watch those curbs

I did the same to my Toxxins, not nearly that bad though. I have white ones, but am getting ready to powdercoat them black. What tires do they have on them?

Rotas for $440 shipped from Walee (you can get it cheaper, just to talk to him, he might drop the price by $20 or so....)

so $450 includes tires and fawked up rims?? how new are the tires? that doesn't seem like to good of a deal if the rims are all scratched.....those are the scratches on the upper right in the first pic?
I bought used rims for $25 a piece and they only had one little nick....and it isn't noticeable.
Don't ya wanna spend like $200 more and get brand new ones!

Are dunlop sport tires any good?(90% tread left) It comes w/ those and the rims, I'm gonna con him down to $500 shipped, is it worth it then?
$450 seems like alot to spend, when I have seen great package deals for about that price...maybe more. just think....$500 for slightly used tires and scratched rims. does that not seem like alot to you.....I would shop around a bit first, IMO
I gave my parents "****" when they got the new car. "Watches those curbs!!" I hate seeing hacked up wheels....
I'd say pick up the new ones with kuhmos. If you think you'll be replacing/fixing the rims/tires sometime soon. Why not just pick up some new. If you figure the rims are $450 + $78X 4 for 4 new tires...that'd be worth it IMO.
450 PLUS shipping for curb checked rims? and their konigs? hellz no.. rims are heavy.. shipping would be a lot.. it woudl cost at least $50 to fix each scratch depending on how deep, the shop, etc.. the pictures arent very clear.. and also what series dunlop.. it can be crap like the W-10s or something.. or be good like SP9000's.. get more info.. but to me. i wouldnt buy them..
