Piston Problem

I don't really kno the whole story yet, but i had cracked on my 99 Si motor which caused a ticking noise. Then I ordered some CTR pistons for my motor. Once i recieved the package i gave it to my car dude and he installed it for me. He calls me back and said that the Rings didn't fit the pistons.. Do you guys have any clue what the problem is? Im sure i have the correct Ring for my Piston (The rings i recieved were to large then i tried Stock Si rings and they were to small). Plz guy

any help would be Great!!

What about CTR rings? Isnt CTR pistons overbored anyway?

Ask your car guy if he has ever heard of a ring grinder.

uhh, ask him if he tried to COMPRESS them to go INTO the ring seats....

Thx playa's i'll make sure i'll tell my Car guy to do that! Cuz its Annoying when you xpect the car to come home, and it **** happens.
