good luck on getting a bolt on... Everyone who was making a kit w/ dual tips stopped making them within the last year. You might be able to find one used or pay out the nose for one that some company's been hoarding.
brands that used to offer a dual tip include:
HKS sport series
Apexi world sport series
Brosal brospeed series
Pacesetter
my advice: go custom... magnaflow 22" resonator, Magnaflow muffler w/ dual exit, custom 2-2.5" mandrel bent tubing tying it all together.

I purchased the RS*R, it looks great, does'nt sound like a weed waker. It has a nice deep low tone that sounds great!! I have yet to see an after market exhaust with two out lets. If you find one post the location, would like to see one.

go custom... i got my 2.25" piping from kteller.com with a magnaflow muffler, single in dual 2" outlet, and an 18" magnaflow resonator. With a little flat black spraypaint it looks pretty stock.

have this on a friend's car w/ 2" piping, a header and the stock cat and at low RPM the intake is louder than the exhaust. really nice tone when the rpms get up there.

any online outlets still carry any of those?? for a crx even?

I'm pretty sure Opt Auto still carries it. If you can't find it for a CRX, you can always buy it for a 88-91 civic hatch and have a muffler shop modify the b-pipe.
