Default cam machining

I INSTALLED CLS CAMS.BUT I THINK MY REAR CAM WAS MACHINED ALL WRONG.BECAUSE MY DISTRIBUTOR IS SHAKING AND I HAVE OIL DRIPPING FROM IT . DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF A MACHINE SHOP.OR IF ANY BODY CUSTOM MAKES CAM FOR THE J30 NOT REGRINDES.

F22 VTECHs?



For the original poster: TL type S cams won't do **** in your car and may cause more harm than good. It's an option but you can do better.

I'd look into Web camshafts and see if they can give you a good grinding...

exactly.....j03-s cames arent all that make that engine more powerful than yours.....different, ITM, EXM, injectors (i believe), etc.....for the cost of doing that, you can probably by a used comptech SC and have it tuned......

Yea he's right. I think you should look at those Comptech headers that they have. Theyre dyno'ed and gave 25 extra hp if i'm correct, i'm not kidding. And if you have money, do that WITH a comptech supercharger? drool. It would be good.

Cams wont do much because the only thing they can do is regrind your cores...you'll see more power with the other options...

supercharcer + headers = mortage the house, and have a ******* fast slush box accord.......that comptech **** is more expensive that mugen

I know, but damn it's warrantied, guaranteed to perform, and according to my dealership, does not void the warranty! w00t!

I'm playing it safe nowadays
