how much does it usually cost to get tires mounted and balalnced?
i have two tires that i need to mount and since school is out i cant do it at our shop, so how much would it cost? or can anyone in the bay hook up a fellow ht member?

Yup. And when you go, ask for the stickie weights.(they put them on the inside of the wheel so you can't see the weight(s) and they don't **** up the lip of the wheel.
Edit: Costco quoted me at $10 a tire but I don't know if they require you to be a member or not. You could try calling some hole in the wall place. But you never know what you will get with that.
American tire (where I got mine mounted and balanced) gives you a lifetime balance warranty as well. And free rotation.

here's the thing with costco...
you have to be a member in addition to...
having bought the tires at costco
they wil NOT mount tires not bought at costco
AND/OR any size that is not factory spec
bottom line
u won't see costco puttin on 205/40's on ur 15's
