I've come to the conclusion that I'm F*cked
I'm pretty sure I have the wrong supercharger. That's what I get for using ebay.
When I try to drop the charger onto the IM studs, it doesn't fit. The stud configuration is the same, but the nose bolt hits my shock tower (barely) which prevents the charger from going all the way onto the studs. Also, my throttle body location has moved about 8" so that my AEM intake won't fit onto it.
It's obviously a civic charger, but I don't think it's for my year. I can probably hammer the shock tower for clearance, but I definitely will need a new intake.
Any input/advice?

Is that normal? I was told that the TB should remain in the stock location. It sucks because I put the stupid intake on about a month ago and now it doesn't fit.
hey man screw the "cold air intake" all it is is rerouting your air filter lol it doesnt do much. the charger is whats inportant. reroute the filter to wherever it will fit with the supercharger on it
that cold air intake is useless with a supercharger because as soon as the air enters that supercharger no matter what temp it comes in as its gonna raise it to about a billion degrees.
im not sure which charger you have, but if it supports an intercooler than i would recommend that.
might as well use a short ram intake, you now have an easy bake oven attached to your engine

Well aside from the intake, what's with the nose bolt hitting my shock tower? Can anyone with a SOHC JRSC tell me how much clearance they have between the blower pulley and shock tower?
I need your help again Sonny

some models you actually do have to do some hammering in order to make the clearance you need.. just make sure you have the instructions from JR and make sure its the right model for your car..
Here is a pic - the nose bolt hits the shock tower and so will the pulley. I can't hammer out clearance because the other side of the trouble spot is where my upper control arm is mounted.
Maybe you could have someone make a spacer to sit between the blower and the IM. But it would probably cost you more than it would to just sell it and get the right part.
